This app does not collect, store, or transmit any of your files, documents, images, or the text you enter into any tool. All file processing (merge, resize, compress, etc.) happens entirely on your device.

1. Core Privacy Philosophy

We believe your files and documents are private. Ananta HQ Tools is built as an offline-first utility application. All native operations—including merging PDFs, rendering pages, resizing images, and converting file formats—are performed locally on your device using your phone's processor. No internet connection is required for any file processing actions.

2. Data Collection & Transmission

Because this app operates locally, we have designed it to minimize the data collected. Here is a breakdown of what data leaves your device and what does not:

User Files & Documents
Never Collected or Transmitted. All processing occurs locally on-device.
Preferences & Local Cache
Stored Locally. App favorites, history, and settings are saved locally and never shared.
Crash Diagnostics
Transmitted. Stack traces and hardware metadata are sent to Firebase Crashlytics to resolve bugs.
Ad Delivery Data
Transmitted. Handled directly by Google AdMob for showing compliant ads.

3. Detailed Data Breakdown

  • User Content: The app does not read, index, store, or transmit the content of your files, photos, or text input. Temporary files generated during operations (e.g., merging files) are automatically and immediately cleared from the secure application cache directory.
  • Diagnostics & Performance (Firebase Crashlytics): If the app crashes, a technical report is sent to Firebase. This report contains only technical data (such as OS version, device model, and stack traces) to help us resolve the issue. It never contains your files or tool input contents.
  • Advertising (Google AdMob): The app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers (like the Android Advertising ID) and device metadata to serve, personalize, and analyze ads according to Google's Privacy Policy. AdMob does not have access to your private files.
  • Purchase Processing (Google Play Billing): If you purchase Lifetime Pro, the transaction is handled securely by Google Play. An anonymous purchase token is verified locally to activate your entitlement. We do not collect or store your billing details, name, or email.

4. Device Permissions

Ananta HQ Tools respects your device's security model. The app utilizes:

  • Scoped Storage Access / SAF: The app lets you pick files using the system document picker. Access is granted only to the specific files you select.
  • On-Demand Permissions: Permissions such as Camera access (for scanners) or Notifications are requested contextually only when you explicitly open a tool that requires them. Denying a permission will degrade only that specific tool, and the rest of the application remains fully functional.
